Craig Effrain has twenty years of experience advising on and structuring board of director operations for public, private and non-profit entities. Mr. Effrain was formerly the Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to a New York health insurance company. He advised the holding company board, managed its subsidiary governance and developed corporate governance structures for the enterprise.

Mr. Effrain has also served as a securities lawyer and advised companies on private and public securities offerings and SEC regulations. Mr. Effrain has worked with, and designed charters and governance arrangements for audit, nominating/governance, compensation, quality and other board committees.
